One of the joys of summer is seeing ample supply of fruits everywhere. So this year I decided to complement a favor to the stone fruits like cherry, apricot, peach and also berries like strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and blackberry by inviting for tej tasting, which made them all happy.
I left the fruits to booze in my flavored flavored mead - overnight before baking them. A bit into those happy boozed fruits, you would catch the happiness alright. Boy, these happy fruits are good in spreading the joy without exception.
So, in my effort to maximize the joy, in additon to baking pies, I made sangria as well.
No sugar added to the pie just honey. You can dress up the pie with simple tej syrup or honey whipped cream. The outcome was so summery delish.
