We all have innate desires which’s natural. Our desire to get ahead or get something done
might be strong, but if we don’t have confidence in our ability to bring about that desire into fruition, we feel helpless and we suffer.
Negative thoughts and emotions are simply an indication that there is a conflict between our belief and our desire. But if there is a persistent negative emotion, we might need to address and treat it as a trauma.
A trauma is fragmented part of us that needs integration for healing. You need to find someone who can hold the space or the energy for you and have the insight to access pure love. The process of trauma healing involves in realizing and homogenizing the energy responsible for the perversion of your natural flow of love.
That being said, when it comes to just negative emotions we need to be able to discern and
be aware of those sneaking sense of lack and fear feelings lurking behind our belief system.
Instead of feeling bad for not having accomplished what you intended out to do, acknowledge
and own that feeling of discouragement.
Remember! You can’t change what you do not own.
May be there’s a reason for that helplessness feeling.
May be you are doing it the hard way and missed to see what’s in front of you, the easiest ways to accomplish it.
