COURAGE TO BE HUMBLE!

Courage is the ability to do things, which otherwise you would not consider doing and by no means implying that you would not be afraid.

On the other hand, humility sets itself high on the pinnacle of wisdom and unlike human penchant to complicate the simple, it means putting other persons' interest ahead of our own interest.

Unlike the zero-sum game, when we are boosting other’s sense of worth, it doesn’t mean we are losing ours.

A quote from One Minute Manager, Kenneth Blanchard “People with humility don't think less of them, but think of them less. Humility is a capacity to feel good about yourself and let others around you feels good about themselves.”  If our self-worth is a function of our performance plus the opinion of others, pride holds the front seat and drives away humility far behind. Be aware of pride, because it comes before a fall.

Courage does not always equals rumbling and thunder, but a mindset dare not to give up, an emotional backbone willing to try again in spite of your own nagging inner voice AKA 'unnatural FEAR' mimic and echo your last setbacks.

Courage has to be tested under fire - the only way to know those precious virtues like Patience, Persistence and Resilience are at work perfecting your character to embrace a mindset of wholeness.

While courage allows you to veer away from your comfort zone into the uncharted territories, Patience sees you through the crisis; and fortitude guards your soul from the fury of fear that you would maintain sound mind to establish emotional stability during the crisis.

In the great scheme of things, Courage is not only about getting things done, but also your resolute in the face of adversity, which makes room for sacrifices in order to gain rewards; a pointer that Jesus also courageously had faced punishment of death on the Cross in order to give salvation for undeserving mankind.
