Even though, the Good Book reiterates that human beings are created fearfully and wonderfully in the image of God the Creator that God watches over us; which I wholeheartedly believe and that we have been told to see the glass as half full, while walking the straight and the narrow; sometimes life has an annoying habit of derailing even the best-laid plans. So when things go awry, instead of blaming self or others consider remembering that something profound may be underway. Try to change the way you live your life, insteade of trying to change your life. 

Your repeated failed attempt to ‘fit the mold,’ might be a telltale of the deepest part of your hidden life pushing for new growth and expression. Trust it. Outside the box is where new life is waiting. Remember the old adage, "Don't put new wine in an old wine skin.”

 

Perfection Vs Wholeness . . .

It also helps to think that "We're not supposed to be perfect, but whole." Perfection is an illusion of the ego that pivots on the mindset bent on averting defeat, pain and suffering etc. at any cost, when in fact those very things we despise are the ones who would perfect us to embrace wholeness. Beware of the danger of illusion, because illusion present itself without flaws. The ego pretends to know the answer and afraid to examine the statuesque for fear of change.  Unlike perfection, wholeness reassures us that God is the 'Master of Chaos' causes all things (the negative and positive) to work together for good to those "Who let go and let God".

Life is a Journey

We heard that "Life is a Journey not a Destination" meaning a journey matters more than a destination, because after a destination another journey begins or vise versa meaning no end till we croak.

Paying attention or not being oblivious to every journey means we create our reality instead of a default reality.

 

Don't Worry be Happy?

Theoretically, we know that worry never solved anything, so desire not to worry was not the problem; how to not was. So what's worry? In short worry is accepting suffering in your mind, because things around you are not going the way you've intended them to be.

On the other hand, “HAPPY” is a place where things are done in the heaven and it’s the ultimate fuel of life down here in the planet called Earth. While "Worrying is like sitting in a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you anywhere."

Worry and fear are like first cousins coexist with Joy and happiness like two sides of a coin. A fine line between these first cousins lets us swing easily from one side to the other side for reason.

Instead of fighting the feeling of worry and fear, focusing on our inner talk by being present 'living in the moment' is one of the best ways to navigate through the fine line. Worry and Fear are supposed to produce joy, happiness, peace love etc., if we learn to trend calmly and embracing the so called bad emotions and release them.

Even though, at times, worry and fear are so subtle that their presence in us feels natural, the real natural way to live life is by staying longer in the joy and happiness zone.

Most studies indicate that in a happy mode the body releases - Endorphin's or “Happy Hormones" within the brain and nervous system, which fight pain and stress and also let the brain to be creative.
